Booking terms

A booking with Transfers Airport Morocco is confirmed once we reply to your request with the driver and pickup details. Prices are fixed per vehicle, payment is made to the driver on arrival, and cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup.

Booking and confirmation

Requests sent through the website or WhatsApp are confirmed by our team in writing. Please check the date, time, flight number and number of passengers in the confirmation.

Prices and payment

Prices shown are per vehicle and one way. They include the driver, fuel, motorway tolls and taxes. Payment is made to the driver at the end of the journey in cash, in euros, Moroccan dirhams, pounds sterling or US dollars. Other payment methods can be arranged in advance.

Airport pickups and waiting time

For airport pickups we follow your flight and adjust the pickup to the actual landing time. Waiting caused by a flight delay is free. For pickups at hotels and other addresses, 15 minutes of waiting are included.

Changes and cancellation

You can change or cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup time. For later cancellations or a no-show, we may ask for a contribution to the cost of the vehicle already dispatched.

Luggage, children and special requests

Each vehicle class has a luggage capacity shown on the fleet page. Tell us in advance about oversized items such as surfboards, bicycles or wheelchairs. Child seats are provided free of charge on request.
