Your driver waits at the arrivals exit of Marrakech Menara Airport holding a sign with your name. Before you fly we send the driver's name and phone number on WhatsApp, so you can message as soon as you land. If your riad is inside the car-free medina, the driver takes you to the nearest gate and calls your host to meet you.

Nothing changes for you. We follow your flight number and move the pickup to the real landing time, and waiting caused by a flight delay is free. This is why we ask for the flight number when you book.

You pay your driver at the end of the journey. There is no prepayment and no card details are taken on this website. Cash is accepted in euros, Moroccan dirhams, pounds sterling or US dollars. If you need another payment method, ask us on WhatsApp before you travel.

The price is per vehicle, not per person. A sedan carries up to 3 passengers, a minivan up to 6 and a minibus up to 14, so a full vehicle is the best value per person. Luggage, motorway tolls, fuel and taxes are included. Compare the vehicles on the fleet page.

Yes. You can change or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup time. Send us a WhatsApp message with your booking reference and the new details.

Yes, free of charge. Tell us the age of each child when you book and we fit a baby seat, child seat or booster before the driver leaves for the pickup.

Booking a day or more ahead is best, especially for night arrivals, minibuses and long routes such as Fes or Merzouga. Same-day requests are often possible: message us on WhatsApp and we confirm availability within minutes.

Yes. We run private transfers between Moroccan cities and from any hotel or riad, for example Marrakech to Essaouira, Agadir, Casablanca, Fes or Ouarzazate. Prices and driving times are on the intercity transfers page, and custom routes are quoted on request.
